Logo Animation provides AI-powered logo animation workflows for founders, small teams, and marketers. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and what choices you have when using the service.

Information We Collect

We collect account information such as your name, email address, login credentials, and profile details when you create an account. If you upload logo files or brand assets, we process those files so we can generate animation outputs for you.

We also collect usage information such as pages visited, actions taken inside the product, approximate device and browser information, and operational logs used to keep the service stable and secure. If billing is enabled, payment transactions are handled by Creem. We do not store your full payment card number on our servers.

How We Use Your Information

We use personal data to provide the service, authenticate users, generate logo animations, process billing, respond to support requests, send transactional emails, and improve the product. We may also use aggregated usage data to understand which features are working well and where the product needs improvement.

Data Retention

We retain account data, uploaded assets, generated outputs, and operational records for as long as your account remains active or as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize personal data within a commercially reasonable period, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate security and fraud-prevention purposes.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access your personal data, correct inaccurate information, request deletion, object to certain processing, and request a portable copy of your data. Residents with rights under GDPR or CCPA may also request information about categories of personal data collected and how that data is used. Logo Animation does not sell personal data in the ordinary meaning of that term.

We use essential cookies for authentication and security, preference cookies for product settings, and analytics or performance-related cookies where enabled. You can manage cookies through your browser settings, though disabling essential cookies may prevent the service from functioning correctly.

Third-Party Services

We rely on third-party providers to operate the service. These may include Vercel for hosting and deployment, Neon or another Postgres provider for database infrastructure, Creem for billing and subscription management, email delivery providers for transactional email, and analytics providers if enabled in the application configuration. These providers process data under their own terms and privacy policies.

Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data, including HTTPS in transit, access controls, secure authentication flows, and infrastructure-level protections provided by our hosting and database vendors. No system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so you should also protect your account credentials and devices.
