These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Logo Animation. By accessing or using the service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Description of the Service

Logo Animation lets you turn your logo into a motion brand in minutes. The service may include account creation, asset uploads, AI-assisted generation, exports, billing, and support features.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep that information reasonably up to date.

Acceptable Use

You may not use the service for illegal activity, abuse, infringement, reverse engineering beyond what law permits, attempts to disrupt the platform, unauthorized access, spam, or the creation or distribution of content you do not have the right to use. You remain responsible for the logos, files, and materials you upload.

Intellectual Property

Logo Animation and its underlying software, workflows, branding, and related intellectual property remain the property of the service operator and licensors. You retain ownership of your uploaded logos, brand assets, and other content you lawfully provide. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, and transform that content to provide the service.

Payments, Billing, and Refunds

Paid plans, if offered, are billed according to the pricing displayed at checkout. Billing and subscription management may be handled by Creem or another payment provider. Unless otherwise stated at the point of sale, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel to prevent future renewals, but fees already paid are generally non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly promised in writing.

Disclaimers

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that generated outputs will meet every creative, legal, or brand requirement. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing or distributing them.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Logo Animation and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create security risk, misuse the platform, or fail to pay applicable fees. You may stop using the service at any time and may cancel subscriptions according to your billing settings.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the applicable operating jurisdiction of the service, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You should replace this clause with your actual governing law and venue before publishing.

Changes to the Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If a material change affects your rights or obligations, we will provide reasonable notice through the service, by email, or by updating the effective date above.
